My approach to therapy is an integrative one that combines different therapeutic resources and approaches to fit your individual needs. With an understanding of normal human development and sensitivity to diverse cultural norms, I am able to create a flexible and inclusive approach to your therapy experience than more traditional, singular forms of therapy

You will have your session over a secure video platform. All you need is a computer (or video compatible cell phone), internet connection, and private space.

That’s right, you can talk from your office, bedroom, or even the car or closet (if that’s what it takes to get a little privacy).
